		<description>I totally agree with you. There was no policy against it for a reason. Now they are banning it and taking action against those who are caught. Even if A-Rod or anyone else were caught now, they shouldn&#039;t be kept out of the hall. They should serve their suspension and be done with it. 

The point of having penalties for breaking rules is to keep people from breaking rules; however, players and everybody if life even are constantly weighing the benefits of breaking rules vs. the penalties. I&#039;m sure some think the benefits outweigh the penalties and choose to use (or speed, or lie to their spouse, or call in sick when they aren&#039;t). 

Taking PEDs should not be looked at any differently than Perry&#039;s spitball.</description>
